Offset Printing
Offset lithography is the most common commercial printing technology. Using plates and ink, Offset Printing offers high image quality on a wide array of printing substrates. Because most of the cost is in the front-end setup, Offset Printing allows for the best quality and lowest costs as your print runs increase in quantity or sheet size.
How's it work?
In Offset Printing, the desired image is burned onto a plate and is then transferred, or "offset", from the plate to a rubber blanket, and then to the printing surface. The process is based on the repulsion of ink and water, so the image attracts ink from the rollers while the non-printing area attracts water keeping those areas from ink.
When to Choose Offset Printing

Digital Printing
Digital printing is a toner or liquid ink based printing process that is best for shorter runs of 1000 sheets or less. You can even print just a few sheets if that is what you need. Digital Printing produces a very consistent image because there are fewer variables involved in the process than Offset Printing.
Need it fast?
Because there isn't much setup time, Digital Print jobs can generally be turned around in a relatively short period of time.

Variable Data Printing
Variable Data Printing is a form of customizable digital printing. Using information from a database or external file, text and graphics can be changed on each individual piece without stopping or slowing down the press. Variable Data Printing is used primarily for direct marketing, customer relationship development and advertising.
For Example
Direct marketing postcards can be personalized with a different individual's name and address on each card, while also changing the image on the postcard based on the gender of the recipient.
