Having Trouble?

Here are a couple things to keep in mind.

Sometimes files with special characters or spaces in the filename will not send properly. So be sure the name of the file doesn't contain any spaces or special characters such as "#", "$", "&" or "?".

If you don't see the file upload box to the right then you probably don't have Java installed in your web browser. Java is safe and easy to install. You can get it here.

Have a large file that you need to get to us?

It's easy to upload large files to our ftp site. Simply click on the "Add" button below, browse to the desired file and click on the "Upload" button. It's that easy!
